- Any student in grades 5-12, and age 18 years or younger may enter. Placement in
classes is determined by grade in school. Students in home school or early
admission college programs through age 18 must be entered in age-appropriate
classes.
- Questions concerning eligibility or age appropriate
placement should be directed to the Board of Directors
at least one month prior to the application deadline and cannot be
considered after the deadline. The Board's determination will be final.
- A student should have studied with their current
teacher for at least six months prior to the beginning of the Festival.
