Please take the time to read the instructions and rules specific to your instrument.

STUDENTS: SYAMFA uses an on-line registration system. This system will help you create and manage your forms.
Submitted forms must be printed and mailed by the entry deadline.

TEACHERS: Please print and mail the Teacher registration voucher by the entry deadline. It must be received by the Registrar before your students can be scheduled. Students please be sure your teacher is aware of this.
